Complete renovation of a 1920's cottage that is on the National Historic Registry. We took most of the rooms back to the studs correcting a lot of issues from previous renovations, new electrical, new plumbing and modified HVAC. Bill Litchfield helped with the flow of the first floor by removing walls and making more sense of the traffic patterns. We added a small room on the rear, off of the kitchen to locate the refrigerator and pantry items, which allows the kitchen to have a more open feeling. Added iron windows through most of the first floor. Reworked the master bath room to feel more open and added white marble through out. Covered the back patio and added an outdoor fireplace.
